What to expect?

  1. ​Book your video game party online.​

  2. Let us know about the guest of honor and the estimated number of attendees if you go over, no worries. There are no extra fees to pay for siblings or unexpected guests. 

  3. We show up about 30 minutes before the party to set up.

  4. Our trained Game Coaches assist with the party to ensure your family and friends have a memorable experience. All game coaches have passed a background check. 

  5. With stadium seats for 20 and our high-tech video and audio, kids can play games with their friends on our seven-game stations. 

  6. At the end of your party we gather everyone outside the truck for a group photo and then we head home.

  7. As promised, no stress, no mess…so you can enjoy your special person’s birthday!

Gaming Event Competition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Everything that we do at eVENTURE Mobile Arcade is designed to make your your event stress free! The video game truck is more than just games, it's a party truck! Each event is staffed with a personal game coach helping players choose multiplayer or single-player games appropriate for their age.

Information & Terms: A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your eVENTURE Mobile Arcade reservation. The card will not be charged until your event is confirmed. Upon confirmation, for events more than 14 days out, we will charge a $100 deposit and the remaining balance will be automatically applied to the card on file 14 days prior to the event. If the booking is within 14 days of the event the entire amount will be charged upon confirmation. 

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 14 days of your event forfeits any refund. eVENTURE Mobile Arcade will make every effort to postpone your event with no penalty to another date should cancellation be necessary. 

 

Inclement Weather: eVENTURE Mobile Arcade is equipped to provide entertainment in all weather conditions. The mobile arcade is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. However, in the event that severe weather (strong wind, snow and/or ice) makes traveling to the event location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at the event location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event. 

 

Parking: The client must provide any required entrance and or parking passes. The event location must also have a flat area to park equal to 6 car lengths. 

 

Damage: eVENTURE Mobile Arcade will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the mobile arcade in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.

 

Refusal of Service: eVENTURE Mobile Arcade reserves the right to refuse service if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests, or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start an event or terminate an ongoing event. Refunds for refused or terminated parties will be considered on a case by case basis. 

 

Online Gaming: Online gaming is not included. There are a variety of games that can be played in couch mode and most games are multi-player, however; eVENTURE Mobile Arcade does not include online gaming such as Fortnite, Roblox, Apex Legends, etc. Our current game selection can be viewed on our website at INSERT LINK.

 

Number of Players: eVENTURE Mobile Arcade can have 28 players playing simultaneously assuming all TV’s are playing multi-player games. Some popular games and Virtual Reality are single-player games. Single-player games will limit the number of players that can play simultaneously and the Game Coach will manage the playing time accordingly.

 

Food/Drink: We do not allow any food or drinks inside the mobile arcade.
